Yikes! Jet lag is no joke. Today was the first day I woke up with energy to go for a run. We actually read that for each hour of time zone change, it requires one day of acclimating. Turns out this was our experience. Phew!
On our morning run, the sights were epic! As the sun began to rise in the east, we were running along several canals, past brick and mortar homes straight out of Wuthering Heights, surrounded by acreage as far as the eye could see, along side a lake, and through a forest. Does it even get any better than this?
